Rihanna’s highy anticipated follow-up CD to her multi-platinum Good Girl Gone Bad will hit stores on Monday, October 23, 2009.  The first single, entitled Russian Roulette, hit airwaves and her official site at 11:23 EST today.  The song was written by Ne-Yo and the video produced by Anthony Mandle will premiere during ABC prime time.
